Downhill mountain biking (DH) is a genre of mountain biking practiced on steep, rough terrain that often features jumps, drops, rock gardens and other obstacles.

Mountain Biking Protective Gear

Check out this list of must have mountain bike gear: Helmet; Hydration Packs; Protective Glasses; Riding Gloves; Riding Shorts; Knee and Elbow Pads for Enduro / Downhill. We suggest you bring your own.
